Build the systems that keep transport businesses accountable

TransitGuide is the accountability layer for transport operations — real-time tracking, safety alerts, and compliance for school buses, employee shuttles, logistics fleets, and transit operators. We're a small, hands-on team, and we're hiring two people to help get TransitGuide in front of the businesses that need it.

A small team, and real ownership of your function

🚦
Work that matters
Every business you bring on is trusting us to help keep their drivers, students, and staff accounted for. It's not an abstract metric — it's someone's daily commute.
🤝
No layers to work through
You'll own your function end to end — territory, channel, and message — and work directly with the founding team, not through a chain of approvals.
📡
Ground truth shapes the product
What you hear from schools, fleet owners, and prospects goes straight back into the roadmap. We build from what customers actually say.

Two roles, one mission: put TransitGuide in front of the businesses that need it

One is built around being in the room. The other is built around being in the feed. Both report directly to the founding team.

Sales & Partnerships

Field Business Development Executive

Field-based · India (territory assigned at hiring)Full-timeReports to the founding team

Own outreach to transport businesses in your territory — schools, logistics companies, employee-transport providers, and private fleet operators — through direct, in-person work: meetings, live demos, and follow-through, from first conversation to signed account.

What you'll do

  • Identify and prioritize prospective fleet operators — schools, logistics firms, corporate transport providers — within an assigned territory.
  • Visit transport administrators, school principals and transport in-charges, logistics managers, and fleet owners in person to understand how they run operations today.
  • Run live, on-site demonstrations of the dispatcher cockpit and driver app, tailored to each prospect's fleet size and use case.
  • Build and work a pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and local transport-network relationships — and follow up until it closes.
  • Negotiate and close new accounts, matching each business to the right subscription tier for its fleet size and needs.
  • Represent TransitGuide at local transport-industry events, school-association meetups, and logistics gatherings.
  • Keep pipeline, meeting notes, and account status current and accurate.
  • Bring what you hear in the field — feature requests, friction, competitors — straight back to the product team.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in field sales, business development, or account management, ideally B2B.
  • Comfortable with a high volume of in-person meetings and regular local travel.
  • A strong, adaptable communicator — equally at ease with a school administrator and a logistics operations manager.
  • Self-motivated and organized enough to run a territory pipeline with minimal oversight.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
  • Fluent in English and the local regional language.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with schools, logistics companies, or transport operators.
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology products to small and mid-sized businesses.

What you'll get

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped performance commission.
  • Travel and mobile allowance for territory work.
  • Full ownership of your territory strategy from day one.
  • Direct line to the founding and product teams — your field feedback shapes the roadmap.

Growth & Marketing

Digital Growth & Marketing Executive

Remote · India-based preferredFull-timeReports to the founding team

Own TransitGuide's digital presence and demand-generation engine — social, content, and paid campaigns — to build awareness among transport businesses and turn that awareness into inbound interest for the field team to close.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run TransitGuide's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube, with content built for fleet owners, school administrators, and logistics operators.
  • Design and manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) targeting transport-business decision-makers, with budget accountable to measurable return.
  • Produce content that explains real value in plain language — case studies, product explainer videos and reels, customer stories, and blog posts.
  • Own the marketing funnel end to end: landing pages, lead-capture forms, email nurture, and conversion tracking.
  • Report on campaign performance — cost per lead, conversion rate, engagement — and adjust based on what the data shows, not just what the calendar says.
  • Coordinate with the field team so digital leads hand off cleanly and messaging matches what prospects hear in person.
  • Keep the public-facing site and its SEO in good shape.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in digital marketing, ideally for a B2B SaaS or technology product.
  • Hands-on experience running paid social and search campaigns against a real budget.
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling — equally comfortable scripting a reel and drafting a case study.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tooling and funnel metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or equivalent).
  • A portfolio or examples of campaigns or content you've built.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to transport, logistics, education, or fleet-adjacent industries.
  • Basic design or video-editing skills (Canva, Figma, or similar).

What you'll get

  • Full ownership of TransitGuide's digital brand and channels from day one.
  • Real budget and autonomy to test and scale what works.
  • Close collaboration with the founding team on brand voice and positioning.
  • Remote-friendly, with occasional in-person time together.
